I woke up early for Dunkin Donuts. We met at the floor at 8am, but Nick Merriam was late. Walking there was fun and we saw a lot of cool things.
The first keynote, Joshua Fredenburg, was interesting and brought a lot of good information about leadership. He also shook peoples hands with his left hand so that was awkward. The institutes and lectures today were really interesting. The first one was about fighting apathy in the chapter. This brought a lot of good information about how to motivate the people not motivated in the chapter. This helped me find ways to help motivate. The stress class was interesting and talked more about the medical side about stress. Crimes against Fraternity Scholastic edition was interesting and brought great ideas about how to market Greek Life better but with academics.
The delegation dinner was fun. The food was not that great. Appetizers were definitely better than the entree. Bears BBQ is 100 times better than the other Bears restaurant that we went to tonight. I got a hamburger and it honestly was not that great. Bears BBQ though is amazing. Walking back was fun and we saw a lot of cool buildings.
I got a lot of free stuff and met Gretchen, the person who helped create Phi Kappa Theta and Alpha Sigma Tau at Bridgewater State University. That was cool and exciting.
