Today we left Bridgewater State University at 1:30pm. The drive was not that bad. MB has a lead-foot. We saw a guy texting and driving with his kid in the front seat. MB was not happy about that, nor was anybody in the car. When we got to the hotel, we checked in and found out we have a nice corner room.
For dinner some of us went to Bear's BBQ down the street from the hotel. It is delicious and very cheap. A whole chicken costs $12. Their apple crisp is delicious. Their mashed sweet potatoes is filled with butter and brown sugar. The pulled pork is really good and filled with great sauce. The portions are large and prices are reasonable. It was a great time eating and 10/10 would recommend going there again.
I am really excited for the presentations tomorrow that I am signed up for. Michelle, the keynote speaker, was really great and gave some great information. She was really interesting and kept the audience engaged while giving helpful advice.
